Partial Trail Closure

TRAIL USERS: Philadelphia Parks & Recreation (PPR) has closed Schuylkill Banks between MLK Jr. Drive and the Race Street at-grade crossing in order to do reconstruction work on the lower trail segment that collapsed earlier this year. Trail traffic will be redirected to 22nd Street and along the Ben Franklin Parkway during the closure. A map of the construction detour is below. 

Construction will continue through January 20, 2017. We are thankful to PPR for their efforts in initiating this work in a timely manner and performing it during the off-peak season. Please contact PPR with any specific questions regarding trail closures. More information available at PlanPhilly.
