Volunteer of the Month: Justin Holder

After taking a Boat to Bartram’s Garden tour last fall, Justin decided that he wanted to give back to Schuylkill Banks. A Texas native who manages textbook sales for Barnes & Noble in University City, Justin uses the trail regularly for weekend bike rides, morning runs and nightly walks. As a volunteer, he looked forward to meeting new people, hearing their stories and sharing his own.

Over the past year, Justin has become one of our MVPs, helping with everything from riverboat and kayak tours to movie nights to cleanup events. He always greets event attendees with warmth and enthusiasm, and is energetic no matter how early a cleanup starts, or how late a movie night ends. Thanks for helping to make Schuylkill Banks a better place, Justin! We look forward to having you on the team for many seasons to come.
