Temporary Closure of Locust St Crossing

CSX Transportation is performing track work that will require the temporary closure of the Locust Street at-grade crossing onto Schuylkill Banks. This work began on Tuesday, February 19; SRDC is awaiting information from CSX about how long this work is scheduled to continue.

During this time, you can access the Banks via the Schuylkill River Parks Connector Bridge, Walnut Street, Chestnut Street, Market Street and JFK Bridges, or via the Race Street crossing, which will be unaffected by this work.
