Schuylkill Shindig 2016

Thanks to everyone who kicked off the new season at this year's Schuylkill Shindig, presented by PECO!

The annual Friends of Schuylkill Banks fundraising party was held on June 4, 2016, and featured delicious food by Garces' new 24, Shake Shack custard, Schuylkill River Trail Ale, live music from Flat Mary Road and The Bigness, and a Poseybooth.

Special thanks to PECO for being the presenting sponsor at this year’s event, and to all of our sponsors, including Sunoco, Sly Fox Brewery, East Coast Greenway, AECOM, Michael Baker International, My Fabulous Mama, Carr & Duff, Yoga on the Banks, Patriot Harbor Lines and GLOBO. Thanks to the generosity of these sponsors and trail users, we raised approximately $12,500 through the event this year for operations and trail maintenance!
